In the hallway there are bookshelves with local information folders about the Algarve, golf and other local activities. There is space for suitcases, a large mirror, coathooks.

The spacious sitting room has two large sofas that easily open into double size beds and wall unit with wardrobe and drawers for two guests. There are cupboards and shelves to hold the television with satellite/cable network channels, DVD player, music system with CD, tape deck and radio. The cupboards also hold extra sets of glasses, crockery and cutlery for dining.

Bed linen, duvets, blankets and towels are held in a cupboard here for guests. There is a massive dining table with chairs for 6 people, reading lamps and a coffee table. Ceiling lights and ceiling fan for helping to keep cool and there is an air conditioning unit with cooling/heating facilities. Sliding doors lead onto the 2 balconies that overlook the pool and open ground to the rear.

The kitchen is modern with built in units and a breakfast table. This is a fully equipped kitchen with the a four ring gas hob, electric oven with grill and fan options, extractor hood and microwave oven. A dishwasher, fridge, freezer and washing machine complete the major items. Kettle, coffee maker, toaster, food processor, blender, mixer, sandwich toaster are some of the minor appliances.

A set of cooking pans, chopping boards and knives are there to help you cook. There is a complete set of cutlery, crockery and glasses for six people to eat with. A steam iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment plus a first aid kit and torch, all less used we think. Window overlooks pool and open ground to the rear.

There is no preferred changeover day, choose a day that is convenient for your travel.
No animals, no barbecues or fires on any of the verandas are allowed.
Smoking is only allowed on the verandas of the apartments. Cigarette ends and ash must not be thrown or dropped from the verandas, or left on the veranda floor.
Rubbish bins are provided within a close distance of the building. Your rubbish must be taken there at regular intervals
