The bright hall of this 1 bedroom apartment has a telephone available for incoming calls as well as a coat hooks, umbrella stand and bookshelves with information leaflets about all kind of activities in the Algarve.

There is an utility room with a washing machine with integrated dryer.

There are two chairs and a large sofa in the living room. The wall unit contains a stereo system (CD, tape, radio), satellite network TV etc. There is also a dining table with chairs, a ceiling fan and air conditioning for cooling/heating. Access through sliding doors to the balcony where you will enjoy a beautiful view.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven with grill, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, etc. Breakfast table and chairs are also available.

You will find 2 single beds 90 x 190 cm, chest of drawers with mirror, 2 bedside cabinets, built in wardrobe with drawers and hangers, as well as air-conditioning  for cooling/heating and a ceiling fan.

The bathroom is equipped with toilet, bidet, hand basin in vanity unit, bath with thermostatic shower over cupboard for personal toiletries, mirror with light, towel rails and non-slip shower mat.

To calculate the fairest possible total cost of your holiday, please take the basic appartment price and add the guest price for each person. One child of 4 years or less is free of charge. Example: 1 week in January 2010, 2 people.

There is no preferred changeover day, choose a day that is convenient for your travel.
No animals, No barbecues or fires on any of the verandas are allowed.
Smoking is only allowed on the verandas of the apartments. Cigarette ends and ash must not be thrown or dropped from the verandas, or left on the veranda floor.
Rubbish bins are provided within a close distance of the building. Your rubbish must be taken there at regular intervals
