The living room is very bright, with a window on one side, large sliding doors on the other, giving access to the very large balcony (18 sqm).

It features: two large single sofa beds, shelf unit with CD/radio/tape player, television with satellite network channels, coffee tables, reading lights, dining table with four chairs, ceiling lights and ceiling light with fan.

This is a fully equipped modern kitchen with the following items:
built in units and breakfast table and chairs, four ring gas hob, electric oven with grill and fan options, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, citrus juicer, ...

... mixer, set of cooking pans, chopping boards and knives, a complete set of cutlery, crockery and glasses for four people, steam iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment plus a first aid kit and torch. Sliding doors give access to the large veranda.

The bedroom includes: two single beds - 90cm x 190cm, chest of drawers with mirror over, two bedside cabinets, two bedside lamps, ...

... built in wardrobe with drawers and variety of hangers, armchair, ceiling light with fan, airconditioning  for cooling/heating, hairdryer.

The bathroom equipment includes: toilet, wash basin in vanity unit, bath with thermostatic shower over, shelving for personal toiletries, mirror with light over wash basin, towel rails, non-slip shower mat.

This apartment has a very large veranda covering an area of about 18 sqm. Following furniture is available: table and chairs, clothes dryer, sun awnings, sofa/sun lounger

The view from the balcony's small side goes over Alvor, the sea and, further in the background, to Lagos.

A wonderful panoramic view over the Monchique mountains is given from the balcony's long side.

Prices in Euros per week

To calculate the fairest possible total cost of your holiday, please take the basic appartment price and add the guest price for each person. One child of 4 years or less is free of charge. Example: 1 week in January 2008, 3 people.

We reserve the right to ask for a refundable deposit, not exceeding €200, on arrival. The deposit, less any amounts due for breakage will be returned when you leave.

There is no preferred changeover day, choose a day that is convenient for your travel.
No animals, no barbecues or fires on any of the verandas are allowed .
Smoking is only allowed on the verandas of the apartments. Cigarette ends and ash must not be thrown or dropped from the verandas, or left on the veranda floor.
Rubbish bins are provided within a close distance of the building. Your rubbish must be taken there at regular intervals
