That's the wonderful view from the living room's window of this 1-bedroom apartment, which is located on the 7th floor in the building just behind "Café Moinho". Right next to it there are: confectionery, hairdresser, supermarket, local market, etc. At about 200 metres you will find the hypermarket "Intermarché".

Following are the divisions of the apartment:
1) entrance
2) dining room
3) kitchen
4) living room
5) bedroom
6) bathroom

On righthand side after the entrance there is the dining room with a table and 6 chairs. There is open access to the kitchen over a counter.

The equipment of the kitchen includes: gas cooker and oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cups, knives, forks, spoons, etc.

The living room is very bright and includes a small round table, a 3-seats sofa which can be converted into a double bed, 2 armchairs as well as a TV set receiving a wide range of cable channels.

The fantastic view shown on top of this page is given through these large sliding windows.

The bedroom features a wide and spacious wardrobe, 2 bedside lockers with drawers and lamps, as well as...

... a double bed.

At the bathroom there are a washbasin with wide cabinets, a large mirror, ...

...a bathtub with shower, a bidet and a toilet.

 during low season - electricity: consumption payable as per corresponding counter reading (kWh=0,11 €).

Breakage deposit: it's a guarantee in case of any dammage.

1 week. For period other than 7 nights, the daily rate is 1/7th of the weekly rate.

Discounts

10%. Available for stays longer than 2 weeks during mid and low season.

Calculation examples:
In August 1 week 4 adults + 1 child 8 years old: 490 + (2x70) = 630 Euros
In June 2 weeks 2 adults + 2 children 8 years + 1 child 12 years: 2 x (280 + 40) = 640 Euros
In May 2 weeks 2 adults: 2 x 210 - 10% = 420 - 42 = 378 Euros
