Acess is given from the entrance hall to the bathroom and the double bedroom.

The living room is located between the double bedroom and the kitchen. Its equipment includes a 3-seats sofa, 2 armchairs, centre table, cabinet with TV and ...

Next to the living room and entance hall are also the kitchen and the other bedroom.

The kitchen is quite spacious, allowing to have meals for 4 people around the rectangular table with 4 chairs. The window allows also that extraordinary view over the Lagos bay.

The kitchen's furniture offers: gas hob and oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee machine (filter), dishwasher, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc.

The double bedroom features a large fitted wardrobe with 2 gliding doors, both covered entirely with mirrors, 2 bedside lockers with reading lamps and a double bed.

The other room includes a sofa and an armchair, both convertible into comfortable single beds.

The bathroom has following characteristics: washbasin with large mirror and storage space underneath, bathtub with shower & curtain, as well as a WC.
