This 2-bedroom apartment is located at the lower ground floor of this top modern house, next to the area "Costa d'Oiro" and at 10 walking minutes from the beaches "Praia D. Ana" and "Praia do Camilo", as well as from the lighthouse at "Ponta da Piedade". A walk down to the centre of Lagos lasts about 15 - 20 minutes. |

One of the two bedrooms has a large window front down to the floor with a door allowing direct access outside, the other bedroom has a standard window with two sliding parts. |

The independent main entrance is at the opposite side, with a large esplanade and a barbecue area. |

The living room has a sofa (3 seats), a centre table, two small tea tables, a corner cabinet with TV (cable, over 40 programs) and music centre (radio, CD, 2 tapes), as well as DVD. The air conditioning (cold / hot) works for the whole apartment. |

The living room is open to the dining and kitchen area. The dining area features a rectangular table with four chairs. |

|
|
The kitchen's features are: electrical hob (vitroceramic) and oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge / freezer, toaster, coffee makers (filter & express), kettle, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pans, etc. Additional facilities: vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board. |

The bathroom offers following equipment: bathtub with shower and curtain, washbasin with mirror and light, bidet, toilet. |

|
|

|
The apartment has access to the closed pool. The key is handed over to the parents if children are present. These can in no case be left alone without survey. A responsibility declaration must be signed by the parents or responsible tutors. The conclusion of an accident insurance belongs to the guests responsibility. |
