This townhouse for up to 6 people is situated at Torraltinha, one of the quietest areas of Lagos. There are many restaurants and shopping facilities around.

A small garden in front of the house allows comfortable relaxing in the end of the day.

The closest beach, Porto de Mós, is just about 10 to 15 walking minutes away, the centre of Lagos at about 15 to 20 minutes. With a car you can reach Meia Praia, one of the longest ones in the Algarve, within about 15 minutes.

There is also a small garden behind the house.

The guests of "Casa Maressa" have free access to this pool which is only about 3 minutes walking distance away.

The living room at the ground floor features: 2 sofas, 1 small centre table, 1 dining table with chairs, 1 cabinet with TV (satellite + 4 portuguese channels), 1 music centre, 1 sideboard, 1 armchair, as well as an open fireplace.

The living room is open towards the kitchen through a bar counter.

The kitchen's modern equipments include: gas hob and oven, microwave, kettle, juicepress, fridge / freezer, washing machine, coffee maker (filter), dishes, cups, cutlery, pans, etc.

There is access from the kitchen to the backyard through a window door.

The big bedroom at the first floor has a double bed with 2 bedside lockers with 2 reading lamps, 2 chests of drawers, 1 mirror.

The big bedroom has access to its private balcony.

The smaller second bedroom at the first floor features a double bed, 2 bedside lockers with reading lamps, 1 chest of drawers, 1 bookshelf, 1 chest, 1 mirror.

This room has only a window.

There is a wardrobe with 3 doors and a table with lamp in the corridor at the first floor. It gives access to the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom which is equipped with:
bathtub with shower & curtain, washbasin with mirror, bidet, WC.

The third small bedroom at the second floor includes 2 bunkbeds for 2 people. It gives access to the big roofterrace.

The big roofterrace offers splendid views over the sea and to the lighthouse of Ponte da Piedade.
