The prices DO NOT INCLUDE:
daily cleaning - the apartments must be kept in tiny conditions.

From January to March, in November & December: electricity has to be paid separately, as per counter reading at check-in and check-out.

Minimum duration of stay: 1 week
Changeover day: in July and August on saturday, other months flexible

LONGTERM LETS DURING WINTER MONTHS ARE AVAILABLE, MINIMUM 1 MONTH, MAXIMUM 6 MONTHS, FROM OCTOBER TO MARCH.
