The prices

The "Villa Duarte" is located at the area "Moinho Azeite", with easy access from the motorway, to the centre of Lagos and the beaches, everything at only few minutes driving distance. The owners of the villa live at the ground floor, the first and second floor are available in different ways:
- 1st floor: 2-bedroom apartment which sleeps up to 5 people
- 2nd floor: 1-bedroom apartment which sleeps up to 3 people
- 1st and 2nd floor together: sleeps up to 8 people comfortably

In front of the main gate it is possible to park cars on the public street.

Behind the main gate there is a small garden space belonging to the owner's apartment who live at the ground floor.

After the main gate and few steps on the villa's left side, appears the backyard space with a barbecue ...

... and a large pool. It has an exterior open-air shower.

The terrace around the pool includes a round table with 4 chairs and 4 sun loungers. Access to and from the kitchen.
