This property offers several accommodations:
- a 1-bedroom apartment T1-A which can be increased with 1 more bedroom and becomes a 2-bedrooms apartment T2
- a 2-bedrooms apartment T2, which is basically the 1-bedroom apartment T1-A with 1 more bedroom with a "en suite" bathroom
- a 1-bedroom apartment T1-B, with living/kitchenette, bedroom & bathroom
- a 3- or 4-bedroom apartment T3 or T4: these are a combination of the apartments T2 and T1-B (without the living/kitchenette part), in case of the T3, or  T2 and complete T1-B (living/kitchenette equipped with beds), in case of the T4. Either T3 or T4 feature a dishwasher.

Occupation by different reservations at the same time are possible only for either apartments T1-A and T1-B or T2 and T1-B. T3 or T4 are available only while none of T1-A, T2 or T1-B are rented.

During August, only T3 or T4 is available, with minimum duration of 2 weeks each booking.

This property is situated away from the centre of Lagos, in a very rural and quiet area. The closest beach at Porto de Mós is at about 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. The beach Maia Praia, one of the longest sandy beach in the Algarve, is at about 15-20 minutes by car.

The apartment T1-B has main access through this nice lawn area where it is possible to relax quietly.

The entrances to the apartment T1-A (or T2). There is enough space in front for two cars. Stairs at the righthand side (out of picture) give access to a large roof terrace.

La propriétaire, Madame Marcelo, et son fils habitent sur place dans une partie complètement séparée et indépendante des parties locatives. Monsieur Marcelo est une source inépuisable de bons tuyaux de toutes sortes.
Votre privacité est garantie, ils ne seront là que lorsque vous le souhaitez ou en cas de besoin.

The owner, Mrs. Marcelo, and her son live on site in the left part of the property, completely separated and independent from the rented parts. Mr. Marcelo is a neverending source of good advice of all kind (restaurants, nice beaches, etc.).
Your privacy is garanteed, they will only be there for you if you want or need it.
